Entry Level Sales and Marketing

👋 Hello, my name is Hailie, and I am passionate about creating value.

Working as a landscaper on summer breaks, I created game plans to bring the clients’ visions to life with little supervision. I stayed focused on the tasks at hand while doing what it took to get the job done on time.

Working as a barista helped me strengthen my communication skills. I enjoyed connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Working a variety of shifts from early morning to late evening also allowed me to demonstrate my reliability and accountability. My team could always count on me. Working in this fast paced environment helped me realize the importance of efficiency, productivity and rapid problem solving.

My current work performing accounting and administrative services has an interesting origin. I was asked by a small business owner to take over his accounting and administrative duties in order to free him up to spend more time adding value to his business. With very little accounting experience, I figured out how to better organize his filing systems, learned new accounting software, and began using spreadsheet software. This challenged me and satisfied my ambition to learn and grow.

I am excited and eager to learn about all aspects of running a business: from marketing and sales to operations to administration!
